We have a sprawling, state of the art 20000 Sq feet training academy in Vadodara. All our security and fire personnel undergo rigorous training in our academy before deputation to any site. Our personnel must successfully complete required training plus pass a written exam, before graduating to on-the-job training. Our training exceeds all State requirements, and RCA will specifically match an individual's skill, knowledge, and experience to your manpower requirements.

Before placing a security guard/ manpower at a particular place, we impart training at our training centre. One week on-the-job- training under instructor specially positioned at clients premises for the purpose.
